As we examine the accounts of Jesus healing a leper and a paralytic, Pastor Joshua shows us how these men were not only in need of physical healing, but also of something much deeper. They came to Jesus in faith, as sinners before a holy God, and received from him forgiveness of their sins. This text of Scripture urges you and I to likewise recognize that we are wretched sinners in need of forgiveness, and to realize that Jesus is a perfect savior for those who come to him in penitent faith.
